Soft Touch Herbal Cream Wax is made purely from natural and herbal ingredients. It is in the form of a smooth paste, easy to apply and ready to use without heating. It discourages the regrowth of hair because it pulls them from under the skin-weakening the roots, so less hair grows back. Synthetic chemicals are not used in the processing of the wax, therefore, it is not harmful to the skin at all. A very smooth and fine skin results after waxing and protects the natural beauty and softness of the skin.
Usage:
Apply a small quantity of wax using a round-edged knife or the back of a teaspoon in a lengthwise direction. A thick layer is not necessary.
Cover the waxed area with a thick piece of cloth preferably Kora Latha.
Press the cloth on the wax to hold the skin taut firmly for about thirty seconds with a finger and thumb.
Take off the cloth from the opposite direction of the growth of the hair in one single stroke.
Repeat the process if some hairs on the skin are left.
Use After Wax Lotion to reduce redness or itching.
With new After wax oil or lotion and soothing lotion or soothing cream, you are relieved of the rashes and afterburn sensation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original product and shipping packaging.
Makeup products if opened are non-refundable due to hygienic reasons.
Perfume products if opened are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent at roopsingharonline@gmail.com.
Once we send you confirmation email about your dispute, we will notify you on your provided contact information so that you can send the product back to our headquarters. Please note return shipment cost is to be bourn by the customer.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your dispute is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, bank account through EasyPaisa, within 7 working days.
